Course Rules

We have built our positive reputation of pace of play and welcoming environment by requiring our patrons to adhere to a strict and exhaustive set of rules. Any of which being violated may result in the revocation of membership and banishment to lesser clubs. Or we will issue a warning if we even feel like being bothered.

Primary Rules

Men's Dress Code

It is required that men have collared golf shirts with no outside course branding on them - no free advertising. Men are also not allowed to wear tight fitting trousers or shorts which reveal bulge. Short shorts are not allowed.

Women's Dress Code

Women are allowed to wear whatever they want.

Pace Of Play

Pace of play is 4:15 for 18 holes. For each minute over this, your credit card will be charged an extra dollar. There are data transmitters in the carts linked to your account and the process is automated and because of a technical issue (forgot password), irreversible.

Tee Times

Tee times are required for play. You can call the proshop or book on the member portal website. Be aware that there is a surcharge for bothering the proshop clerk being that you could have simply booked online.

Alcohol Policy

Outside alcohol is prohibited by state law (call your representative if you have a problem with this). Due to a surveying technicality, holes 8 and 9 reside in the adjacent dry county so all alcohol must be consumed before arriving at the green on 8.

Firearm Policy

Since we reside in a 2nd Amendment sanctuary county, firearms are permitted on premises. We just ask that you do not open carry anything larger than 9mm. The driving range doubles as a rifle range - please clean up any spent brass. The ball picker cart has been outfitted with ballistic plating and glass to serve as a moving target for advanced marksmen - do not use AP or incendiary rounds.

Guest Policy

Guests are permitted but limited to 2 rounds per month (tournaments not counting). Guests must praise the course at all times and admit in writing that Beaver Creek is better than where they play. They are also required ride in the 3rd seat.

Carts & Walking

Carts are not mandatory except during league and peak weekend times. It is also at the proshop assistant's discretion to rent you a cart. If you are not disabled and simply overweight, you will likely not be given a cart and required to walk at least the front 9.
